How I started

The world of media production captivated me early on, during 'O'-Levels. I was drawn not just to the stories being told on screen, but to how they were told. I was captivated by how stories are being told non-verbally, the various ways emotions, context, and meaning are conveyed through composition and aesthetic design. I became determined to explore how lighting, color, and cinematography could communicate powerful ideas in a way that words, by themselves, simply cannot capture. So this curiosity of mine had pushed me towards this industry, encouraging me to explore deeper into the media world.

My Strengths & Journey Towards My Goal

Currently, I'm a Media Production and Design student, and honestly, my favorite part of the whole process is brainstorming and bringing it to life! My biggest strength is definitely in pre-production and actual filming/production work. I love figuring out how to turn an idea or story into a solid plan that we can actually shoot. I specialize in that practical side, taking a concept and making it real on set. I can handle the editing and graphic design stuff pretty well too, but bringing those stories to life through planning and hands-on execution? That's what I'm most passionate about!

My involvement in pre-production and hands-on execution as a Media Production and Design student directly fuels my ultimate goal: becoming a Producer. I possess a genuine love for taking a compelling concept, meticulously planning its logistics, and ensuring its successful, practical execution on set. While I appreciate every stage of media creation, my specialized focus on strategic planning and efficient delivery is all about mastering the core management skills required to lead projects, manage resources, and bring ambitious creative visions to life. I am actively building the necessary foundation to effectively steer a production from concept to completion. With this, I aim to become a Producer and be the lead of a production one day.
